Looking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of analytics solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).

This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for transforming Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM data into actionable insights that drive enterprise decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle Fusion functional knowledge with strong data engineering, BI architecture, and analytics expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Capture & Stakeholder Management

• Lead requirement discovery workshops across Finance & Supply Chain.

• Document Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), User Stories, pain points, constraints, and success criteria.

• Translate business needs into functional and solution requirements.

2. Business Process Mapping & Solution Design

• Create As-Is and To-Be process maps (using tools like BPMN, Visio, ARIS, or Lucid).

• Design end-to-end process flows across D365 modules and integrations.

• Define the overall solution architecture.

3. Estimation, Planning & Delivery Support

• Prepare Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) and detailed estimates for:

○ Fit-gap analysis

○ Configurations/customizations

○ Integrations

○ Data migration

○ Reporting

○ Testing

○ Cutover

○ Training & hypercare

4. Technical & Functional Leadership

• Provide architectural guidance to consultants and developers (e.g., X++, extensions, LCS, DevOps).

5. Quality, Standards & Best Practices

• Enforce a fit-to-standard approach to minimize over-customization.

• Ensure the solution meets performance, scalability, security, and audit compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

ERP and D365 F&O Expertise

• 8–12+ years of overall ERP experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (or AX with F&O transition experience).

• Demonstrated end-to-end implementation experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.

• Strong proficiency in leading requirements workshops, performing fit-gap analysis, estimation, and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) development.

Functional Expertise

• Finance: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank management, Budgeting, and Cost Accounting.

• Supply Chain: Procurement, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing, Warehouse Management, and Master Planning.

Technical / Platform Understanding

• Deep understanding of D365 F&O architecture, including Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, environment management, and releases.

• Experience with Integrations, specifically Data entities, OData, APIs, and middleware technologies (e.g., Logic Apps, Service Bus).

• Proficiency in Data migration techniques using the Data Management Framework (DMF) and data entities.

A Senior SAP MM Consultant leads and manages the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP MM solutions to optimize procurement, inventory, and material management processes. The role spans end-to-end project life cycles, from business requirements gathering and process design to solution configuration and post-go-live support. This consultant ensures seamless integration with other SAP modules and collaborates cross-functionally to drive process improvements, compliance, and business results.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP MM functionalities for procurement, inventory management, purchasing, and vendor management.​

• Lead requirements gathering workshops, document business needs, and translate them into robust SAP MM solutions.​

• Drive integration with related SAP modules (SD, FI, WM, PP, QM) to enable end-to-end supply chain operations.​

• Provide user training, process documentation, and post-implementation support to sustain adoption and optimal use of SAP MM.​
