Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Security QA Engineer to perform comprehensive performance and security testing for a mobile application that is being prepared for commercialization and large-scale deployment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in identifying vulnerabilities, ensuring application robustness, and validating performance under load.

Key Responsibilities

●       Conduct security testing of mobile applications (Android/iOS)

●       Perform performance, load, and stress testing

●       Identify and report security vulnerabilities and risks

●       Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and improve security posture

●       Execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts

●       Ensure application meets industry security standards and compliance requirements

●       Provide detailed test reports and documentation

●       Participate in release readiness and go-live validation

Required Skills

●       Strong experience in Security Testing & Performance Testing

●       Hands-on experience with tools like:

○       JMeter / LoadRunner (Performance Testing)

1. Requirements Capture & Stakeholder Management
• Lead requirement discovery workshops across Finance & Supply Chain.
• Document Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), User Stories, pain points, constraints, and success criteria.
• Translate business needs into functional and solution requirements.
2. Business Process Mapping & Solution Design
• Create As-Is and To-Be process maps (using tools like BPMN, Visio, ARIS, or Lucid).
• Design end-to-end process flows across D365 modules and integrations.
• Define the overall solution architecture.
3. Estimation, Planning & Delivery Support
• Prepare Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) and detailed estimates for:

Required Skills & Experience
ERP and D365 F&O Expertise
• 8–12+ years of overall ERP experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (or AX with F&O transition experience).
• Demonstrated end-to-end implementation experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Strong proficiency in leading requirements workshops, performing fit-gap analysis, estimation, and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) development.
Functional Expertise
• Finance: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank management, Budgeting, and Cost Accounting.

Responsibilities
